How to access knowledge-base or submit support ticket
If you need help with your Smartscene account at any time, the first thing to do is check our knowledge-base to see if what you need assistance with has been covered in one of our "how-to" articles and videos. If its not covered, then submit a support ticket and we will get in touch with assistance.
Step 1:
Login into your Smartscene account and from the general dashboard, click on either Support or Training buttons. Any of this opens our Knowledge-base in a new tab
Step 2:
Click on Smartscene
Step 3:
Search through the Knowledge-base "how-to" articles and videos.
Step 4:
Didn't find what you are looking for in the Knowledge base? Look towards the bottom right of the page for a support message icon and click on it.
Step 5:
Enter your details, your message and click on the photo icon to upload a file, if any. Once done and satisfied with your message and uploads, click on the Send a message button
