How to add an agency user/client

Scroll down the left menu and click on Agency.

Navigate to Agency User, then Click on Add Agency User.

If you proceed to setup your agency without adding your own branding details, and you choose to add custom domain/own branding in the future, please note that all existing projects and pages at the point of adding own branding details will be locked from being edited and republished. You can then continue to create new projects with added own custom domain and branding


Enter agency user name, email address, and set password.

Once you are done entering those details, click on the Add Agency User button and the user will be added.


You can see the user account details, the status of the account which you can deactivate and reactivate at will without actually deleting the account. When deactivated the client will no longer be able to log into the account until reactivated.

You can edit the agency user information anytime or delete the account if there is any need for that.

You can also use the super admin feature which allows you to directly log into the user's account without needing a password

Once you log into the agency user account using the super admin mode, it'll take you to their dashboard

To login back to your account, you click on the Login as Admin button and it'll take you back to your account
